As I once said in a podcast interview, poor Dubrovnik has been dubrovnuked.

Saw it once years ago, have very little interest in returning...

Yes it absolutely has been! I luckily saw it in April when you could still get a feel for it without it being crowded, but I can't imagine it at this time of year.

This was a great if terrifying read. I am about 10 days away from getting the keys to my house & becoming a permanent resident in Venice, another city that is besieged with visitors. It’s madness, I know.
